One-hour consultation to discuss your TMJ concerns and treatment options. You will be brought up to speed on the things you don't know about holistic medicine and how TMD if a FULL BODY DISORDER, but how to immediately find some relief so you can the rehab needed. You will leave the call with a plan of action and a better outlook on your recovery.

Therapy Session

One-hour therapy session focusing on holistic approaches to alleviate TMJ pain effectively. Services include interior mouth, facial and neck massage, accupressure, adjustments, relaxation techniques, cupping, and temperature therapy.

Depending on your case we will do myofunctional (breath, posture, and swallow exercises), yoga stretches for bodily harmony and alignment, and gradual strengthening physical therapy for muscular support.

One-hour consultation with both the writers of the book: Dr. Medina, who possesses 40 years of experience treating TMD. He will not dismiss your pain nor prescribe you any medication. He will explain why your exact facial structure, teeth and neck are being affected.

Extensive Diagnosis and Treatment Plan explained.
